Head Coach: Pavel Plotnikov
Pavel is a Level 3 Coach and has over 40 years experience. He was an Honoured Coach of USSR and Ukraine and has been coaching in Australia for 15 years. While coaching in Ukraine, Pavel's divers achieved medals at Ukraine Championships, World Junior Championships and FINA Grand Prix competitions in Europe. Over the past 15 years Pavel's divers have continued to be represented and achieve medal success at State Open and Junior Championships, Australian Open and Elite Junior National Championships and international competitions. He was named Victorian Diving Association Coach of the Year in 2005 & 2006. In 2006 he was awarded Coach of Year from Diving Australia at the Australian Elite Junior Championships.
Development Coach: Svitlana Mykhalchuk
Svitlana has been a coach for 34 years. In Russia she was an acrobatics coach before becoming a specialist acrobatics coach for divers in Ukraine. After moving to Australia in 2005 she continued to coach diving, including as a Diving consultant to Firbank Grammar School.
Svitlana coaches squads for Melbourne Elite Diving Academy and in conjunction with Diving Victoria, coaches development squads (STID squad and White Squad), preparing divers for High Performance Programs. Svitlana's divers have a long history of success at Australia Age National Championships.
Nathan Veal
Nathan coaches the Geelong diving squads. He has been diving for over 10 years and has competed and medalled in many State, National and International Competitions. He is a Diving Australia Level 1 coach.
He was Dive Coach for Geelong Grammar School (APS competitions 2014/15 & 2015/16) and has also coached for Diving Victoria Dive School.
